All of us are dealing with the challenge of adapting to a rapidly changing environment. For the Food Bank and its member agencies, this is especially true as we keep our focus on meeting the rising need for food assistance while also doing all that we can to stay safe ourselves. In accordance with CDC and local health official’s assessments, masks are no longer required at the Food Bank; however, they are preferred.
Agencies will need to place orders for pick up with a minimum of 24 hours business notice and pre-scheduled delivery orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 business hours notice. Orders may not be placed more than 5 business days in advance.
Our Market Floor is now open to our partnering agencies. While orders are being loaded, we encourage authorized shoppers to shop the Market Floor aisles, the bread and dessert table. Plus, we’ve added new coolers and freezers to the space for additional options.
We encourage everyone to continue to practice infectious disease control protocols to include proper hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer and feasible social distancing.
